To support organisations in ensuring people managers have the correct level of access to MC3, there are 2 options available. Please note, these options are available when a Project Manager opts to roll out via a phased release/cascading of results (option 2 in the ‘Manage MC3 rollout’ task).

Full access

This level of access is designed to give managers access to their own MC³ results, access to the people managers within their team, as well as being able to grant access to those people managers.

The full access option can support with a smooth sharing of results which is tailored to how and when that manager feels ready to have conversations with their team before granting them access to MC³.

Personal access

When being provided with personal access people managers can see their own results if they have enough responses, and likewise the results of the people managers in their team. However, the difference here being that those managers cannot grant access to the app for those managers.

This approach supports Project Managers within organisations who wish to have continuity of results across the organisation. If access to results needs to be preceded with certain internal events, then opting to provide personal access only to managers may best support with that approach.
