What are the Managerial Thresholds in MC³?

Within MC³, a manager will receive their overall MC³ score which drives their status of either ‘Not Accredited’, ‘Ones To Watch (OTW) accolade’, or ‘1,2,3 Star accredited’. The thresholds at which point a manager can be considered a OTW (Good), 1 Star (Very Good), 2 Star (Outstanding) or 3 Star(World Class) manager are as follows:

Whilst a manager’s MC³ score displays their levels of overall Managerial Engagement, within MC³ itself each element and sub-element can sit at different threshold ratings, for example a manager could be an overall 2 Star manager, but they operate for the element Motivating at a 1 Star level.
