Viewing Your MC³ Scores

Within the MC3 app, the ‘View and digest your scores’ section shows your overall MC³ score, and the element and sub-element scores from the most recent b-Heard survey. Your scores are generated directly from the responses your direct reports give to specific survey statements. If you have received fewer than 3 responses from the people you manage, we will be unable to show scores to protect employee anonymity.

MC³ star ratings

Your overall MC³ score will be displayed at the top of the app, just like in the graphic below. This will provide you with your overall score, and if applicable show whether this has increased or decreased since the last survey. You’ll also see how many people you manage responded to the survey (response rate).

Your MC³ score is compared to the average overall score of all other people managers in your organisation. The percentage difference is shown to the right:

You’ll then receive a breakdown of the 4 key element and sub-element scores, just like below. Clicking on any of these sub-elements will provide a pop-up with a brief overview, and the survey statements that are asked in order to generate a score.

You can view at a glance which elements and sub-element shave reached a particular accreditation rating by looking at the star icons:

Your scores in more detail

You can expand on your scores by simply selecting‘Show detailed scores’. The additional context provided allows you to analyse how you have performed against accreditation, company average and previous survey benchmarks.

For any of the benchmarks you select, we will then give you details on how your scores compare against the thresholds. Any percentage difference above or below the benchmarks are shown in green (above)or red (below). This can be used to identify quickly which areas can be worked on to become an even better manager, or to see which sub-elements you have excelled in since the previous results for example:
