Within the MC³ app you can view your MC³ scores. If available, you can view the scores for the people managers that you manage too. This allows you to get great insight into who is excelling in certain areas, who is accredited, and who you can put in touch with others to help them develop their weaker areas.
Within your Manager Insights page, this can be done by using the Direct Reports Scores section, shown below.
The section enables you as a people manager to quickly view the scores for your direct reports who are people managers themselves(with 3 or more responses).
A manager’s name and MC³ overall score will be displayed in the centre of their individual card. Also displayed on this card will be the managers accreditation certificate, if applicable.
You’ll be able to go into more detailed reporting by clicking on the‘View scores in detail’ option.
The section will inform you whether a direct report has access to their own scores through the icon at the bottom of their individual card showing either ‘Invited’ or ‘Not Invited’
We can only show scores for a manager who has received at least 3 survey responses to protect anonymity. If a manager does not have enough survey responses from their direct reports, then they will have a blank card like Martin Lane (see right image).
